Structural Steelwork
It’s exciting for us to drive past many of Auckland’s landmarks and know that we had a part in creating it. Our expert team are experienced in all types of commercial and residential structural steelwork, from schools and hospitals to sports centres and apartment blocks.
Commercial & Residential Structural Steelwork Auckland
We do most things in-house, beginning with estimating. Our 3D modelling software allows to us to produce high-quality manufacturing manufacturing drawings. Our purpose-built factory in Kumeu, Auckland, allows us to fabricate large structures. We can fabricate, coat and erect all types of structures efficiently and to a high standard.
Each part of the process is closely monitored using our integrated management software – from the initial enquiries through drafting, fabrication, finishing and installation. Our CNC Beam Line Drill integrated with our software gives us the ability produce steel accurately and quickly.
We work nationally and for clients who work internationally, providing steel for projects in the South Pacific.
We take pride in each project we do because we love building steel structures.
“Just about everything we make is a one-off. That’s why we need to be very exact about what we do. Nothing goes out the door without being checked and double checked.”

What’s your structural steel fabrication process, from estimating and 3D modelling to fabrication, coating, and erection or installation?
We start with estimating, then move into 3D modelling to produce manufacturing drawings for fabrication. After that, we complete fabrication, coating, and erection or installation, with each stage monitored through integrated management software.
Where is your workshop located, and can you fabricate large steel structures in-house?
